Bakso is a kind of Indonesian food that is meatballs. The meat is usually made from a mixture of beef and tapioca flour, but can also be made from chicken, fish or shrimp. Usually the meatballs are prepared in a soup with yellow noodles or noodles and contains citrus vegetables, taufu, when, taugeh, Siomai (a type of Dim Sum), fried Wanton skins and served with fried onions and celery leaves.
